Decked terrace at Dargate, Nr Faversham, Kent

This site team have been working on this decked terrace this week. The old lawn area below the deck was removed, the topsoil has been placed into a raised bed, part of which you can see just around the corner. The raised bed will form a new vegetable and herb garden, just outside our clients’ kitchen and french doors. The terrace is build flush with the floor level of the indoor space, here the site team are re-grading the lawn area locally to meet the decked terrace at the same level. The rain has not stopped this week, so the team have done amazingly well to get this far, hopefully we will get enough sunshine to get the area finished for our clients this weekend. Ah! looking at the five day forecast, they may need their waterproofs for sunday brunch, maybe next weekend!
