Final stages of Newmarket project

Its the final day at the Newmarket project after a couple of weeks of snow and low temperatures we are finally able to implement the soft-landscaping aspect of the project.

This low maintenance garden investment property garden scheme has a very practical layout, we have installed a new driveway to enable 3 car parking of the 3 bed property, the new brick boundary walling holds the higher garden levels from the public footpath, on top of the boundary wall the team are planting a new Fagus Sylvatica hedge (beech) which will screen the garden from public views.

The driveway is framed with low maintenance shrub display planting to enhance the entrance of the home, the rear garden hosts new terraces which together with link paths wrap the house with practical access and areas to sit and relax in the garden.

The new lawn also runs from front to rear which offers a large expanse of multi function family area.

We will pop back for some better pics in the summer!
