This project is well under way now, despite the October rain that seems to fall every day.
The team have overcome most of the challenges that the weather brings, most of the groundwork bases, foundations and hardstands are in place so we can protect the formation from the site machinery trafficing and maintain some kind of site order for our clients.
The irrigation main and lateral lines are trenched in, the lighting system cable ringmain is also complete so we can now stop the major excavations which are most challenging in the poor weather.
The teams will now look to form the hardscape features, the terraces, steps and retaining walls will need some dry windows of weather so we will keep our fingers crossed, Ashleigh Miles the Project Manager seems to have everything crossed every day and is running low on waterproofs!
