Project Details:
This Driveway design & build project has commenced this week, the groundwork teams are currently excavating the old driveway surfaces, It looks like a bomb has landed.
The project involves the installation of a new Driveway surface, the new surface system is a Marshall’s Porous block paved system which is one of a few driveway surfaces that comply with current SUD’s regulations and building regulations.
There is approximately 35 tonnes of concrete to be removed, which is being carefully broken out and excavated around all the existing cables, gas pipes and drainage pipes that lay under the drive.
All Oakleigh Manor driveway and excavation projects are risk assessed, then all services are identified by within a pre-works survey and surface scanning using detection equipment making the process as safe as possible and without causing damage to the infastructure of our clients home.
