A full driving licence and your own form of transport is preferable due to our rural location in Faversham, Kent.
A minimum of 3 years experience required and skill sets that encompass either Groundwork, Drainage, Flag laying, Block paving, Kerb laying or Bricklaying.
Experience within site Health & Safety procedures would be beneficial, together with a competent ability to operate construction Plant and Machinery although full training and guidance will be provided.
Successful candidates will have experience of working within a team, reading architects plans & drawings, and the ability to delegate to junior members of your team.
Our projects and sites normally are within Kent, Essex, London, Surrey & Sussex. Our standard site times are 8am to 430pm, Monday to Friday, travelling times to/from site vary with site location.
Hourly Rate: £12.25 – 15.50 per hour (subject to skill/experience)

Experience within site Health & Safety procedures would be beneficial but not essential, together with a competent ability to operate landscape Plant and Machinery although full training and guidance will be provided.
Successful candidates will have experience of working within a team under close supervision from more senior colleagues or your line manager.
Full training programs are available and can be tailored to suit your natural direction.

The successful candidates will be placed within a full in-house & NVQ training program for 3-5 years to develop a skill set within any of hard or soft landscape skills relevant to todays industry requirement, including (Hardscape) Groundwork, Drainage, Flag laying, Block paving, Kerb laying, Bricklaying or (Softscape) Soil conditioning & Preparation, Planting, Turfing or Seeding.
A initial skill set is not essential, the company is looking to reward reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working within a friendly and professional team of skilled craftsmen & women.
