Established in 1996, the Oakleigh Manor team have since been designing and installing award-winning landscape lighting schemes, all tailored to meet the client’s personal requirements.
Operating within Kent, London, Essex, Surrey & Sussex, within touching distance from our Depot and our Installation teams in Kent.
Our Lighting systems are installed by our external lighting teams of groundwork and electrical experts, experienced with external electrical projects, we select a vast range of traditional and modern light fittings controlled by standard or automated control systems, all installed to British standards and UK Building Regulations.
If you are planning a new external lighting system, simply complete a Contact Form, and we will get back to you at a suitable time, or call our friendly team on 0800 023 1310, and we will carefully listen to your requirements, if you are able to give us some basic details of your requirements we can provide initial estimate for your new scheme, then arrange a site visit to meet you and view the site. Alternatively, feel free to visit us for a cuppa at our Kent-based Depot.
Lighting system Design & Install
If you would like one of our Design team to design your new external Lighting system, our Design team can offer a scheme design service before installation commences, here we can develop your initial ideas then generate General Layout drawings for the the scheme. This enables our design experts to optimise the effects of your new lighting system, ensuring the end product leaves no stone unturned. Once the Lighting Design is complete, you will have scaled drawings with exact quantities for all the elements of the new scheme, our Build teams can then provide Estimates, an Installation specification together with a Project schedules for the entire Installation process.
Landscape Lighting Installation (without Design)
If you have scaled drawings of the areas to be illuminated, we can normally provide an Initial Estimate for your new scheme based on some initial information from you regarding the existing site, cable routing, the power supply, controllability etc.
Once we have generated your Initial Estimate for your consideration, we will arrange a Site evaluation survey for one of our Lighting team to view the site, check all the details of your estimate, then confirm all the details with a the formal Estimate, Installation specification and a schedule of works. Once you book your project into our works schedule, we provide estimated commencement of works dates, works duration together with regular updates on the build-up to commencement of installation.
Turn-key service
Here at Oakleigh Manor, our Build side hosts a skilled workforce of experienced project managers, groundwork and electrical experts, all operating from our Kent-based depot. Our in-house installation teams carry out the entire project from start to finish, removing a waste and excess materials, leaving the site cleaned and ready for use. Our project managers will keep you updated all the way through the process.
