Landscape Design, Paving & Resin Bound Driveway Driveway works update.
Friday saw a busy day for us on site.
With the sawn granite sett picture frame installed and cured we were able to lay the 220m2 of base coat tarmac.
The whole area was set out with string lines and pins the get the appropriate levels then a base coat of tarmac laid with a roller compacted finish.
With the weather warming up it shouldn’t be long before we can apply the Resin Bound gravel finish surface.
The boarders to the borders to the front and side have been topped up with topsoil and soil conditioning compost and are ready for planting. A new step has been built to the front of the house with brickwork laid in a Flemish bond to match the existing house walls. Once made the step tread will be laid in granite matching the driveway picture frame with a bull nosed face finish.
