Designed and built in Summer 2025, the brief for this garden was to create a beautiful outdoor living space for friends and family to enjoy, in a contemporary style with hints of the Mediterranean, whilst remaining harmonious with it’s surroundings and the period features of the Oast.
The new garden scheme includes ample seating and dining areas, created using a mixture of sawn sandstone paving and herringbone style clay pavers, a sunken garden with bullnosed steps and farmhouse antique bricks, tied together with a beautiful planting scheme, including a dripline irrigation system and a garden lighting scheme throughout. We achieved the contemporary feel to the design through the use of straight lines, softened with the prairie style block planting scheme along with pockets of Mediterranean style plants.
The garden also incorporates a new vacuum liner fitted swimming pool, with a child-safe aquamatic pool cover. Adjacent to the pool is a new oak framed pool house and games room, the perfect space for entertaining friends and family.
