Large spacious driveway and rear terrace
Our client brief, basic in its form, was to create a large spacious driveway, rear terrace and a side terrace to enable vehicle access and storage, with a huge impetus on low maintenance and minimal content of soft-landscape areas. The use of Resin Bound Gravel, framed with Black Basalt edges and Entrance plinths formed the driveway and front garden space, with symmetrical formations of Olive & Buxus planting, mulched with naturally rounded pebbles.
The rear terraces were formed again in Black Basalt, complimented with Yellow Granite flags maintained continuity within the materials palette throughout the surfaces, subtle lighting & illumination warm the front scheme in darkness to provide a welcome home during night-time hours.
