Smeeth Country Retreat Kent

The design includes a new front driveway with parking, a formal garden incorporating a new contemporary office garden building, play area for the grandchildren and an existing orchard to be adapted and unify with the rest of the outdoor spaces. The formal garden was designed at a 45 degree angle consisting of sawn Sandstone pathways, Sawn Sandstone stepping stones through Kentish rag stone gravel, A new lawn surrounded by ornamental planting. The play area had an artificial lawn surface framed by Buxus shrubs which also led you through into the Orchard where clipped Buxus block defined the circulation through the natural wild grasses and fruit trees.
